I was blown away by the breakfast buffet at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty. It was the best I've ever experienced! There was so much variety and the dishes were so well prepared. The fact that I could ask for freshly prepared items made my mornings even better. I also enjoyed the range of milk options for my coffee and cereals. Truly a culinary delight!
